LIVING IN AN ONLINE WORLD, THE IMPORTANCE OF BUILDING IN-PERSON EXPERIENCES HAS BECOME MORE AND MORE SIGNIFICANT IN NOT ONLY CREATING A MEMORABLE BRAND EXPERIENCE, BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, IN CONNECTING WITH CONSUMERS (AND COMMUNITIES) IN A MEANINGFUL WAY.

 
 

 

SPACE: [HAS HEART] COFFEE SHOP

OVER THE YEARS AT [HAS HEART], OUR ANNUAL ARTPRIZE POP-UP SHOPS AND EXHIBITS HAVE BEEN OUR PRIMARY METHOD TO SHARE VETERANS’ STORIES, GENERATE SUPPORT FOR THE ORGANIZATION, AND TO BUILD COMMUNITY. AS THE ORGANIZATION’S 10TH ANNIVERSARY ROLLS AROUND IN 2021, [HAS HEART] IS TAKING THE NEXT LEAP TO TRANSFORM THE HISTORICAL (AND VACANT) VETERANS MEMORIAL PARK BUILDING OWNED BY THE CITY AND MANAGED BY THE GRAND RAPIDS PARKS DEPARTMENT THAT HAS HOSTED THE MAJORITY OF OUR POP-UPS INTO A FULL-TIME COFFEE SHOP AND RETAIL SPACE WHERE THE COMMUNITY CAN GATHER AND GROW TOGETHER FOR YEARS TO COME.
